Terms of Service

OIOPUS generates printable Math and English worksheets and answer keys for personal, classroom, and tutoring use. Free and paid plans are available. Plan limits and pricing are shown on the pricing page.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense worksheets as your own product.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or bypass usage limits.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You may print, photocopy, and share generated worksheets with your own students, children, or tutees as part of normal teaching and learning.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds for one-off issues are handled case-by-case — contact us.
• Referred friends receive 20% off their first subscription (monthly or yearly). Referrers earn $10 in account credit per qualifying signup, up to 5 ($50 maximum). Credits apply to future invoices and are not cash or transferable.

OIOPUS, its branding, software, and the worksheet-generation system are owned by us. Worksheets you generate may be used as described under Acceptable Use.

The service is provided "as is". While we work hard on accuracy, we make no warranty that every generated answer key is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
